We are accepting reservations for camps this summer! We are NOT REQUIRING payment at this time since we want to ensure all camps are happening in line with Governor Baker's current guidelines and restrictions.

You may fill out the reservation form to secure your spot in the camp now and we will contact you before camp begins for payment.

Please be sure to fill out a reservation for for EACH player if you have more than one and pay attention to the weekly and daily options.

AT THE END OF THE FORM IT WILL SAY PAY NOW-YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO PAY Once you hit continue it will give you your confirmation of camps and the total, but no payment is allowed. You will receive confirmation email with details on the WEDNESDAY before camp starts.

Summer Skills Camps

NOTE: to sign up for daily; you must need to attend Mon-Tues. at least 

Camp 1 - June 22- 26, All Skills Camp
Ages 14 – 18, girls and boys
Location: Starland Sports, Hanover MA
Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

4 courts divided by position and level
Players will participate in individual skills, game like drills and will culminate daily in games to solidify the skills learned. Each day will hone in on two specific skills as well as serving.
Players are expected to bring their own lunch, there is also a snack bar
$475. For the week, Or $100 daily

Camp 2.a - June 29 - July 3, Beginners and Basics
Ages 8 – 14, girls and boys
2 courts, basic volleyball skills, learn to play.
Emphasis on learning: Attacking, Serving, Passing, Mini-Volley, Spikeball
Players are expected to bring their own lunch, there is also a snack bar
$475. For the week, Or $100 daily

Camp 2.b - June 29 - July 3, Advanced High School and College Bound Players
Ages 14 – 18, girls and boys
2 courts, divided by level.
All Skills daily with a high level of college like drills and play Technical Systems of offense and defense.
Out of system attacking and running complex offense
Especially good for setters and attackers wanting to run a faster tempo.
Defensive players will learn advanced techniques in reading.
Players are expected to bring their own lunch, there is also a snack bar
$475. For the week, Or $100 daily

Camp 3 - July 6-10 - Attacker School
Ages 12 – 18, girls and boys

Attackers will learn attacking techniques and mechanics that will enable them to hit harder and with more accuracy.
Proper jumping technique and workouts to get players to jump higher.
Players will learn all types of attacks including: Go’s, Hut’s, 31’s, 32’s, slides, 1’s, Red’s, 5’s, OoS, Bics, Pipes…
Specific training on footwork and gaining a faster arm swing.
This is a tough and grueling camp with 100’s of reps each day
Players are expected to bring their own lunch, there is also a snack bar
$475. For the week, Or $100 daily

Camp 4 -Jul 13 - 17 - All Skills Advanced
Ages 14 – 18, girls and boys

Advanced High School
4 courts, divided by level. All Skills daily with a high level of college like drills and play
Technical Systems of offense and defense. Out of system attacking and running complex offense
Especially good for setters and attackers wanting to run a faster tempo.
Defensive players will learn advanced techniques in reading.
Players are expected to bring their own lunch, there is also a snack bar

Camp 5.a - Jul 20 - 24 - All Skills Basic
8 to 14 year old girls and boys

2 courts, basic volleyball skills, learn to play.
Emphasis on learning: Attacking, Serving, Passing, Mini-Volley, Spikeball
Players are expected to bring their own lunch, there is also a snack bar

Camp 5.b - Jul 20 - 24 - All Skills Advanced
Ages 14 – 18, girls and boys

Advanced High School and college bound Players
2 courts, divided by level. All Skills daily with a high level of college like drills and play

Especially good for setters and attackers wanting to run a faster tempo.

Camp 6 - Jul 27 - 31 Defense School
Ages 12 – 18, girls and boys

Are you a D/S, Libero, OH, Oppo, Middle, or Setter? This camp will teach you how to read and
act, each position requires defense and no one is exempt from playing defense. Get better at it.
There will be two courts specific to D.S’s and Liberos, technique, cues, and reading while aggressively running drills that will make you an explosive player and better defender.
Players are expected to bring their own lunch, there is also a snack bar
$475. For the week, Or $100 daily

Camp 7 - Aug 3 - 7 Setter School
We will have three levels of players, Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Ages 12 – 18, girls and boys

9am-4pm
Proper setting technique, exercises to gain strength, and lots of reps.
Setters will learn and become proficient in setting, 1’s, shoot’s, go’s, back 1’s, slides, red’s…
OoS setting will be the main focus for the afternoons during game play as it is close to 70% of the game.
Players are expected to bring their own lunch, there is also a snack bar
$475. For the week, Or $100 daily: you must attend Mon/Tues to be allowed any daily the rest of the week.

Camp 8 - Aug 10 -14 Attacker Camp
Ages 12 – 18, girls and boys

9am-4pm
Get better at attacking by getting instruction on technique and form. Jump higher with correct
form and learn to swing faster so you can hit harder.
Learn to hit from any position on the court, especially OoS balls.
This is a tough and grueling camp with 100’s of reps each day
Players are expected to bring their own lunch, there is also a snack bar
$475. For the week, Or $100 daily you must attend Mon/Tues to be allowed any daily the rest of the week.


Camp 9- Aug 17 - 21 High School Pre-Tryout Camp
8th – 12th grade Girls

9am-4pm
This camp is specific to getting players ready for their High School try-outs
Become competitive and make the team. Weather you are looking to get on Varsity, JV, or
making the freshmen team, this camp will get you ready.
Mornings are dedicated to learning and getting proficient in every skill.
Afternoons will be game like events to make you competitive.
All day, players will be getting a lot of reps learning how to serve with power.
Players are expected to bring their own lunch, there is also a snack bar
$475. For the week, Or $100 daily  you must attend Mon/Tues to be allowed any daily the rest of the week.

Requirements to Attend Summer MGA Camps

Parent Contract, Parent has to agree to take players temperature and log it in to a check list on a daily basis for 14 days prior to camp.

Include a  pre-camp work out for all players.  Players will need to do works outs while using a facemask so they get use to it.

Daily Workout:

  • 50 Crunches
  • 100 Russian Twists
  • 20 side crunches on each side
  • 25 push ups
  • 15 lunges
  • 20 squats
  • 15 jump squats
  • 3 One minute planks
