A great starting point for young players to begin to learn the game, and the club, before jumping into a more competitive atmosphere. The focus is on learning and developing the fundamental skills that are the building blocks for future play. Drills and games specifically designed for this age group.

U12-U17 Regional teams will compete in 5 large format tournaments kicking off in December and ending in May. Please see tournament info for list of all tournaments. Maximum 12 players per team- each player will have a regular role on the team in practices and tournaments.
Practices are 2x per week: either Mon& Wed or Tues &Thurs and depending on age either 5-7pm or 7-9pm.
Emphasis for these teams is on technique by skill, increased volleyball IQ through constant game-like drills and competitive play and a large format tournament every month.
Regional teams are competitive teams with players made up of strong skill level and commitment to their teammates and coaches by showing up to practice and tournaments faithfully. 
This is a great level for a multi-sport athlete or an athlete with a rigorous academic schedule.

Limited to one team per age group (U14-U18), the national team program is for players looking to play in college or grow into the best player they can be through maximum commitment and high-level training.
You will participate in 8 large format tournaments: 3 practices per week. There will be no more than 11 players per team-each player will have a regular role on the team in practices and tournaments. Uniforms, practice and travel gear all included. As part of the national team program, each team will have use of HUDL.
National teams are highly competitive with a strict adherence to
attendance policies and are capable of managing their academic and athletic schedules. Our expected priorities for this group are family, education and MGA volleyball team commitment.
This level has the most demanding practice and tournament schedule and will travel to states across the country.
